What we collect

When you book a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number if given, and the details of your enquiry. When you use the concierge, we process the questions you type in order to answer them; please do not include personal details in those questions.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and, if you are a customer, to make and deliver your order. We send marketing emails only if you ask us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Our hosting, email and AI service providers process data on our behalf under contract. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your name, email address and payment details in order to take the payment; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your data.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
