Delivery and returns

Delivery

Every order is delivered free by insured, signed-for courier within the UK. You can also collect from us in central London by appointment. Collection pieces are ready in four to six weeks; we give you a firm date when you order.

Returns on collection pieces

If you change your mind about a collection piece made in one of our standard specifications, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and returned with its grading report. We arrange the insured collection.

Bespoke and personalised pieces

Pieces made to your own specification, including bespoke designs, non-standard sizes and engraved pieces, are made only for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty or not as described.

Faults

If anything is wrong with your piece, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
